Clubhouse rental is available for Wedgewood residents only.

 Homeowner must complete and mail contract along with deposit and rental fee.

Fees:

Two checks to be issued to “Wedgewood HOA” at least two weeks before desired rental date.  One check should be in the amount of $ 100.  This is a deposit, which shall be destroyed after the rental, subject to inspection for cleanliness, good order and key return. Update: The other check shall be for $ 40.00, and is for the rental.  This check shall be deposited to the Wedgewood HOA bank account after the rental date.

Clubhouse rental does not include use of pool or tennis courts.

Checks can be dropped in the paper box at 361 Brentwood .  Please include an email on the rental contract!

You will also receive an email containing the combination to the Clubhouse lockbox a few days prior to your rental date.  Please return keys to the lockbox  at the end of your rental period.

Rules:

• All activities are to end at midnight the day of the rental.

•  45 maximum guests allowed in party room, due to Copley fire code regulations.

• Rental is for large room with kitchen, and bathrooms ONLY.  Office and storage/exercise room are off limits.

• Use of pool with clubhouse rental is prohibited.

• Homeowner / Leasee must be in attendance during the rental activity.

• Please do not attach decorations to walls or ceilings with tape, nails, or staples.

• Please keep noise to a minimum as a courtesy to clubhouse neighbors. 

• Please keep guests from parking on grass.

• Upon leaving, lock all doors, including deadbolts.  Turn off all lights, and set thermostat to 78 in summer, 60 in winter.  Exterior lights are on a timer.  Please do not turn these off.

Wedgewood Party Room Cleanup

• Please check for any damages, and report before use to Mike Zimmerman:

• Please vacuum carpet (sweeper is in room between bathrooms), and mop kitchen floor.

• Please clean counter tops and tables.

• Please clean bathrooms, and replace paper towels and tissue if needed.  Paper located in room between bathrooms.  Cleaning supplies are also located in this room.

• Please empty all wastebaskets, including bathrooms, and take trash out to the dumpster. 

• Please make sure the dumpster is locked at the end of the rental.

• Please return tables and chairs to storage room next to fireplace.  Do Not Stack tables or chairs against party room walls.
